Works.
Bought it because ZLink doesn’t work. And this DOES work ZLink comes pre-installed in android radios and “says” it’s wired or wireless… except it never works wired, and it connects and disconnects constantly due to iOS changes. It’s maddening that you have to “not” update your phone for something to work…. (Evidently android phones have problems too… but I’m not an android guy) So the answer is Autokit Apk and this dongle. Wireless dongles tie up connectivity for your phone, and your Android radio, so the wired version is the logical answer. It works. Plain and simple. Sometimes you have to wait almost a minute for it to connect… but that’s actually an android problem not this dongle’s. Note that the link to download the apk and install it contains NO capital letters (although it has capital letters in the script in the instructions. It’s all lowercase or the link fails. Apk store says the app may be harmful, but it’s not, it does have the capability of reporting back to the developers…but so does everything anymore. You do need to be able to install an Apk on your android radio.. some have it blocked or need special access (bmw, Honda radios) but that’s a minor setback. In my case, I’m happy enough with it that I’m about to kill ZLink altogether. Overall- it works. Autokit works. ZLink never did. So I’m happy… after spending more money on what “was” a cheap android radio.

Totally worth it!
This little device transformed my mediocre aftermarket head unit into a wired Android Auto experience I've loved! I originally purchased the Carlinkit version, but the wireless connection was horrible. This one doesn't try to connect wirelessly, so it only activates when I plug in my phone. Love it!

Not compatible
This looks identical to the white box that comes with the android auto system. I installed in my 2007 Mazda three. Unfortunately, it is not compatible.

Good product
My husband bought this for his dad for Christmas. My hubby is pretty good with techs stuff but it took him about 4 hours to get hooked up. Once hooked up, the quality seems good. They seem to be happy with the value.

Almost perfect!
Works great! I bought this, like others said, because TLINK, ZLINK, and CPlink do not work! They all work to an extent, however 90% of the time they do not work. This dongle took about 3 minutes at the initial start, however, after that it takes about 30 seconds to connect, which is fine. The only complaint is that i cannot use my steering wheel control to change the song. I cannot skip or play back songs i do have to go into the screen, which can be annoying at times if im navigating. Other than that this is perfect and I enjoy having carplay in my car now! Hopefully i am able to figure out how to use the steering wheel control to change song.

Works with my WinCE head unit.
This dongle brought Android Auto and Carplay capabilities to my 2011 Lexus IS250 with RoadRover WinCE radio. The description states that this is only compatible with Android Radio Headunits, but I can comfirm it does work with my WinCE head unit running version 6.0. You will need the Autokit exe for WinCE which is available for download. Just do a quick search for how to install on your specific WinCE headunit.

Didn't work for me
I gave this a 2 star because of their tech support, but it didn't work for me. I even called product support and still couldn't get it to work. Vehicle is a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X, w the Fender system. 1. It says to download the link on your screen in your vehicle. (My truck doesn't have a screen that you can look up things on the internet) 2. Instructions say to download the file on a USB thumb drive if step 1 doesn't work, not available or if your vehicle doesnt have a screen to look things up on the internet. (I was able to download on my laptop, but it would not transfer to my USB thumb drive . I tried different USB thumb drives and it wouldn't transfer on any of them) I'm sure it works for some, but for me it didn't.
