Depends: the bullet has a lot more cards but no placemats or bullet life tokens, this comes with the placemats and bullet life tokens, but no expansions. Depends on what you prefer.

What's the difference between this game and the one that comes in the bullet shaped box?

The game is essentially the same. I believe the boxed version comes with a few additional cardboard pieces, but nothing that alters the play of the game.
