Kohler products artificially restrict water flow. Uninstalled it after one use and went back to my previous, locally made shower head. Will not recommend this product at all. Zero value for money.

While the built quality of the shower is good, it lasts just about an year or regular use. At this price, and if its life is only one year, then it's not worth the effort. After a year, it started leaking from the connector and cannot be repaired. While they boast of 10 years warranty, there is no such thing available to the customer. While the brand name is formidable, it unfortunately does not live up to its reputation.
