I am at Germany and it was bought for my parents at Kasargod. They said it's working ok. And they r using. I was looking one that is having blades vertical as I feel safe and the pressure won't eventually bend the shaft or make it offcenter. Second is cleaning easiness. So I preferred this design. I prefer a small modification, a pedal switch. which when pressed by leg, will start running and when leg is taken up, it will stop. it is safe to operate with leg press switch.

Money's worth. Works so well.
It's really easy to use and it's really helpful in the kitchen. The electric grinders don't do such a good job, but after scrapping the coconut on this, when u grind the scrapped coconut in the grinder, u will get a smooth,soft well ground coconut paste
