These gummies taste great and are good value for money. I just started taking them but will definitely do an update on how they make me feel.

They taste gross, I saw no difference, and probably unsealed but I got a throat infection a week after taking. Turned out to be lymphoma.

Then I researched and it talked about where the gummy is not as strong as the capsules and so I started taking two gummies and that's when I was getting the results. I'm waiting to see what my blood work says to see if improvements are actually happening. I was experiencing health problems all around the board and was low on many of the minerals and vitamins the body needs. I figured this would be the perfect time to see if the supplements actually work like they say because at the moment I haven't changed anything else with my lifestyle. This was a first step just to see if it does what it says it does. As of right now I personally feel like it is working but my final decision will come here in the next few weeks
