The pillows are very low quality polyester filling, shipped from Pakistan. No feather or cotton. They're flat and have no shape. Returning them is a nightmare...

These are really nice pillows that expanded after opening, no poking feathers through, and I'm fine with the 20% non-feather. No odor and quality seems great after sleeping on them a few days. It's a nice mix of support and sinking into for sore neck and shoulders. I would describe this as a "still pillow" - shape it and it stays put. Added organic pillow protectors and satin pillow cases. Replaced expensive foam form-shaped pillows. This isn't a $400 100% down pillow experience, but it's awesome value and works great!
