How big is the large?

The medium is 12" and I believe the large is 20". The medium was a perfect size for my 2 and 3 year olds.

Is this measured from heat to tail or tail to ears stretched ?

7.5", head to feet. Ears are 3.5" long, but are attached to the sides of its head, not the top. The 7.5" does NOT include ear length.

Why does it say the Large is 15 inches but on my order invoice it says 14 inches?

I don't know; my bunny is small and is perfect.

Does the real bunny have a white tail ?

No. It's the same color as the bunny
