Bolt itself is excellent shame about cheap poor quality slotted screws it makes installing a difficult task

Screws were a bit naff but usually use our own anyway. Just the bolt is already showing minor signs of rust and not been up long

Fine to keep a door or gate shut. I wouldn’t recommend for security though.

Bought about 3 months ago but already rusting. Easy to install but cheap and obviously for a reason.

This item has just arrived, on time and it looks sturdy enough to keep my toodler (who has just learned how to own the gate) in.I only gave 3 stars for value for money because it didn't include the screws, even though the ad states it. It hasn't been installed yet but looks easy enough.Would have given it full marks if it had come with the screws but still a decent lock for the money spent.

Easy to install, strong and does the job. Very pleased.
