Hillman122100 100-Feet Green Vinyl Jacketed Multi-Purpose Wire

I got a lot of suggestions on how to fasten this wire and found that I only had to twist if to get it to stay put but the small wire clamps would work too. It is so sturdy that I can hang wet rugs on it and have a stiff wind blow them and the wire stays put. Just the right size for he clothes pins!!

Strong wire for clothes line.

I recently purchased the 100ft wire for my backyard laundry, and while it’s sturdy and long enough to hold multiple loads, I found it too heavy and stiff to work with. The wire isn’t very pliable, making it a bit difficult to handle and set up. It would be perfect for someone who needs something extremely durable, but for me, the lack of flexibility made it harder to work with than I’d hoped. It does seem to be a good quality product, just not as easy to handle as I would have liked.

Ordered this product to help support our young trees. Works well.

The write up may be a bit misleading.This is a single strand of very stiff wire, not multi strands in the plastic coating.Pretty stiff.Can be a pain to un coil but you can do it if you try hard enough.

Great wire for the right purpose. It advertised as a pool cover wire and it’s too rigid for that. Good plastic coating and wire though- better used as a clothes line or such. This is my reason for rating.
