no bad taste, Im tacking all my vitamins this way excellent product

I love this brand and liquid vitamin d. This was recommended to me by my endocrinologist in Seattle. He explained that he has studied various brands and found that this particular brand was the only one that showed clinically significant increases in vitamin d levels amongst his patients. So I bought it myself to give it a try even though I’ve had no such luck with prior vitamin d pills.After about 2 months of use I was so impressed. I’ve gone from having low/insufficient levels to 49 and now up to 65 in pregnancy. My current OBGYN said that rarely anyone gets their level up to or beyond 60 and that I’m doing amazing things for my immunity and the baby’s. I recommend this 100% over any other brand or pill.(Attached my results for proof).

Pills upset my stomach so I tries the liquid. So much better! Yeah, it tastes weird and oily, but if you drop some on your food, you can't even tell. I've put it on a soft pretzel and it just makes it seem like butter. I've put it in a drink but the oil kinda floats and has that oil feel. Not as awful as taking it straight though! Put it on a bite of bread or something and it's not even noticeable.

This product is easy to take and the oil is the first time I've found a liquid source in this oil. Vitamin D is important, especially in the winter when sunshine is not always available.

It doesn't really have a taste which I like that but for me I bought it more for skincare and I just tasted it oit of curiosity. It's great for skincare I can definitely attest to that. If you have any scars put this on and they clear in no time. I use it daily. If I get a cut it heals at least twice as fast as it normally would. I highly recommend you try it!
