This is a fantastic product. I applied it to the felt roofing in the house to cover some cracks which had created some wood damage from water ingress. This has stopped further leaks and treated areas remain dry despite some recent downpour. Best to apply at least two layers to ensure the areas are well covered. Very very pleased.

Works as it should, easy application.. Long lasting..

Stopped the leak on the roof felt which had occurred around some of the felt nails. Easy to apply.

patched the shed roof then put this over it rolls out really well and dries to a good colour its sealed the hot bitumen really well may cover it in small gravel to protect it on the flat roof
