I bought the 22” monitor as an external monitor for my laptop while I work from home during the pandemic. The biggest pros for it were the price and that it was available. That being said, I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality.The cons are that it took a lot of fiddling with the monitor brightness and contrast controls along with the same on my laptop video card to get a good picture. Out if the box the picture quality wasn’t great and none of the presets on the monitor worked for me. The other big con is that the monitor tilts up and down, but is not height adjustable. And the stand is pretty short so most people will have to set the monitor on a box or stack of books to get it to eye level height.Back on the plus side, I was pleased to see it came with both a VGA and HDMI cable. So I didn’t have to go hunting for them.UPDATE: I had to drop my review to two stars after a week of use. Most annoying is that the monitor doesn’t have speakers but it presents to Windows that it is an audio device. So a few apps (like my soft phone) pick the non-existent monitor speakers for audio. After using it for a week, I wish I had spent a few dollars more to get a better monitor.

Giving it a 4 cause not sure if my built in speakers don’t work or I don’t know how to make it work. Either way the monitor is beautiful so 4 is what I will give it. It would have been a 5 if everything worked or it actually has built in speakers.Now if anyone has this product too and know to to install the built in speaker, the. With me now working from home, I needed a well priced pair of monitors for my home office. Having been impressed with the quality of Phillips headphones, I felt most comfortable in selecting this monitor and I have been thoroughly pleased. I do wish that I could adjust the viewing angles more, but overall the monitors have served me well.

I purchased the monitor because I'm a student. Within 6-8 months it started blinking. I contacted my son who is savvy on these things, he tried to help but that only lasted days. I have changed the resolution, tried to make it work but now instead of blinking - it's completely gone black with a text box moving around the screen that says its unable to display. Not only that, but 6 months out of the 18 I've had it - I was not using the monitor at all. Find something else.

I was not sure how good TN Panel would be compared to IPS display, but it turned out to be really good. The display works very well.

A second monitor works perfectly with my laptop

I bought two monitors and one monitor came shattered. Definitely returning this item. A little bummed because I need it to work from home.

The media could not be loaded.  Not as described shows can stand vertically use it stand inbox, instead I have to buy another stand to let it stand vertically
