Great thumb tape for Olympic Lifts
This is a great tape, but not a perfect tape for those that are looking for something to do Olympic Lifts. This tape provides a lot of mobility to your thumb, but it begins to curl up after multiple reps. For heavy sets, this tape is great for the work you put in, but if you're crossfitting and doing high reps, the curling will begin to become an issue. Another positive is that this tape does not leave a sticky residue that you find on tapes such as GOAT Tape or regular Athletic Tape. On the negative, this tape if not properly applied will begin to slide off. Overall, this is a pretty good tape.

Firm support without hurting
This tape has great support; I use it on my feet and even leave it on when walking barefoot and it holds up great. It has firm support without hurting your skin or yanking on your joints.
