Molina Vainilla Mexican Vanilla Blend Vanillin Extract 33.3oz

For affordable, high quality vanillas, this is my go to. It's flavor is superior to every vanilla extract I've purchased locally (in Wyoming) and available in chain stores such as Walmart or Costco. Molina's mexican vanilla has a unique flavor which is pleasant to smell, and excellent to bake with. It is NOT a pure vanilla, as it is mixed in with vanillin. Vanillin is basically a by-product of vanilla beans, and so using it as a less expensive additive is not a concern for me, but it is something to be aware of if your recipe calls for truly pure vanilla. I find that the flavor of this vanilla extract is stronger than what I previously used, however it's concentration is not as strong as a high-quality pure vanilla. The price is great, and I don't see the need to pay more money for something when Molina's serves its purpose as an everyday baking supply. For high quality recipes, or a professional kitchen, it might not be pure enough. In my own personal kitchen, it's the ingredient that has everyone asking why my baked goods are SO good! It definitely elevates the flavor of my recipes.

I purchased this product because I was tired of paying big bucks for the vanilla flavoring I buy at my grocery store. A 33-ounce bottle of this goes a long way so I am saving money. And I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flavor is better than the grocery store stuff. Obviously you can use it in baking but I use it mostly to flavor my morning coffee. The vanilla adds so much extra flavor to my coffee that I don't think I will ever drink coffee without vanilla again.

I read some of the reviews before I bought and some are not very good at all I decided to buy it anyway because I needed vanilla extract I need dark chocolate chocolate chip cookies today and when I open the bottle and smelled it and it smelled absolutely awesome it did not alter my flavor like everybody sad or smell like alcohol it had a very distinct vanilla flavor I would highly recommend if you do a lot of baking and you use a lot of vanilla extract due to the price is being so high I think this was an awesome bargain

Have used this extract for years as it was inexpensive but still way better than cheap American artificial vanilla flavoring. I am and you should be fully aware this is a blend of ARTIFICIAL flavoring and NATURAL extract, people you can not expect to pay this little for real 100% vanilla extract. I take a small amount and put it in a small container and put away this big bottle. Saves a few bucks and annoyance from having to search for the product.

This is a blend of imitation vanilla and real vanilla extract, mostly the former, but of the proportions I'm uncertain. I was prepared to be disappointed, but in fact I've been very pleased with the value for the price paid. Unlike most imitation vanilla flavorings, which tend to show best when used in items cooked at moderate to high heat for more than just a few minutes, this one is good even when not cooked at all, such as when added to milk to be drunk as a beverage.

I finally used this vanilla blend. It's aroma and flavor are not VANILLA, it's different. It's lighter. And pleasantly different in another way that is hard to describe. For a stronger "vanilla" flavor you could double the amount called for. But I think you would be pleased with it as is. It's a very generous size bottle. Should last quite awhile, unless I go on a baking binge. This would also be good in frozen milk base drinks or other shakes. Very nice product!

My mom used to get this vanilla from a local mexican market where I lived, now it's become more of a household brand and I'm happy about it. I usually find it at walmart but with all this covid craziness I ordered it from Amazon. It's going to take a few days longer but that's fine. I will only ever use this vanilla, it tastes, smells, and works amazing for all of my baked goods, and I bake a LOT. I have tried a lot of other brands but they never taste as good as this one does. I will never branch out again, I've found what works for me and I'm sticking to it.

I use to always buy McCormick’s pure vanilla extract and then I tried Molina‘s Mexican vanilla and I prefer Molina. It’s not as strong as the vanilla extract that’s made with pure alcohol but it is strong enough to be tasted it in your cookies and your baked goods but it’s also perfect to add into drinks like coffee’s and smoothies without that bitter taste from the alcohol. It is extremely fragrant as well and I love that. I’m an avid baker and this is my new favorite vanilla I buy it in 32 ounce bottles so I always have plenty available. If you have never tried Mexican vanilla, you should give it a try.
