It is very well thought of and will help your kid immensely.Instead of spending thousands on your kids gifted and talented preparation, Just buy this book and spent time with your kid in solving the puzzles and questions. You will spent quality time and you will be amazed at how smart your kid really is.

I bought this for my 5 year old who'll be entering Kindergarten in the fall. I don't know about which/any gifted testing our school district uses, so I can't rate this in terms of test prep. However, this book is perfect for my daughter. She loves doing workbooks, but other ones for her age are too easy, and ones for older kids just require more reading and math. I was looking for something that would encourage logical thinking, recognizing patterns, and spatial imagery. These books are perfect! Challenging enough she has to think, but not so much that she's frustrated. She loves them - hasn't stopped working since we received them! And as an added bonus, my order included a lovely hand written note thanking us for our purchase and a free copy of their other workbook! Amazing! I would leave 6 stars if I could.

I love this book. My son just turned 4 and I was looking for something to keep him engaged on a long drive that we had planned. It is cool too see him reasoning through the exercises and completing the patterns... It's intuitive but just difficult enough that we have the opportunity to talk when he gets stumped about which answer fits the question and why. A great way to introduce some math and logic concepts at a young age!

I was lucky to order the book for G&T. We can go through the tests multiple times because it's reusable. No need to waste paper, and to make copies of the test in advance. The tests cover different areas of a kid's development, such as logic, ability to listen or to recognize a pattern. Moreover, I received an additional book from the same series for free. The seller kindly asked to write a review for the product, and I'm doing it with pleasure. Though I did receive a free gift, I would not write a good review of a product I don't like or doubt. Another point is that the tutor who prepares my kid for G&T program uses tests from these books as study materials in her class, and she is a highly recommended tutor.

Love love love this book for the little boy I nanny. He's very smart and loves to learn. He is also a perfectionist which is why so many other workbooks don't work well for us, if he accidentally messes up and can't quickly erase and it causes a meltdown. With this he can quickly wipe off and try again. The pictures are clear and the book is very sturdy!! Very happy with this purchase.

Bought and sent to my 4yr old Grandaughter. She loved it! She opened the package with me on Face time and could see the quality and educational valve of this book. Her Mother was very excited & impressed. Book is very well-made and comes with an erasable pen, so pages can be used again. Was more than I expected. Would highly recommend for advanced learning.

I bought this book for my toddler child to prepare for the kindergarten gifted test. We love it! It comes with a dry-erase marker that makes it easy to do the exercises over and over again. The exercises are challenging enough for my child, with some that she can do easily and some that are difficult for her. The tasks are colorful and engaging, with breaks in between each subject for a fun activity - like connect the dots or add stickers to a picture. Our child looks forward to doing some of these exercises every day!

This content is fantastic, with a good variety of questions, and decent artwork. The wipe-clean markers are very high quality, with no page staining. it’s the only workbook my daughter pulls off the shelf and starts doing by herself!I would definitely recommend doing the NNAT workbook from Mind Inventions first, before their COGAT one. The first 3/4 of the book were maybe slightly too easy for my 5 year old, so I’d recommend starting this level of problems at 4 years old.
