As described really good
I have been taking Royal jelly for over 30yrs I find these work well, definitely benefit skin, energy etc this is my 2nd purchase will continue to buy this make, I was skeptical as I usually take fresh RJ these tablets seem just as good

Tried them for one month but I think supplements are subjective.I can’t say if I noticed or felt differently maybe needs a longer course.Easy to take very small tablets.well packaged in resealable bag.
