Markstor Fresh Safavi Dates [Khajoor/Khajur] - Premium Large Safavi (Safawi/Kalmi) from Saudi Arabia - 500 Grams - Healthy Dry Fruits

This has so far been the best quality of dates that I have purchased from this seller on amazon.in. They are very good quality, big and very sweet (not so sure about the "extra" sweetness). As can be seen from the photos, they are really "premium", as described. I have given 3 stars for softness, because they are not as soft. I tried to eat one straight from the box and realized that it would be softer and juicer, if I had soaked it first. So if you are looking for an instant snack, they may not work. I would suggest soak it for a couple of hours, if not overnight. So go ahead and enjoy the quality. I very much recommend this.

I didn't know that Amazaon has variety of dates. I used to bring them from UAE/KSA during my visits and haven't traveled for a while in last couple of years and missed the dates. They are very good and surprised to get good quality safavi dates on Amazon.Except for the fact that some of them are slightly hard but they are very nice. I'm loving them.

UPDATE: I have been getting these dates regularly for a lo while now. The recently delivered quality is EVEN SO MUCH BETTER that I am wondering why they had not delivered this earlier too. I hope they will deliver this every time.Earlier review:I consume a LOT of dates every month since I consume raw food mostly about 80% of my diet. So I try different varieties of dates and found them to be the best overall either for eating directly or for use in my raw food recipes. The first time I bought was fresh juicy and soft . So I placed a second order but this was very dry and looked like old stock. The packing box was also different in s cond order

The media could not be loaded.  The dates were juicy and flavorful. As you can see I posted videos of how soft they were. As I was recording with 1 hand I couldn't open it properly, but I tried my best to show their softness.It's a 500gms pack. In one or 2 pieces of dates ( in the whole pack of it containing around 40-50 pieces ) you might find insects but that's completely okay...you can wash it and have it...just like how we do with any fruit, we cut that area and have it...it's not a big deal.Can really go for it.
