These are fantastic. I've used some very expensive name branded items before and was always put off by their cost.These are fantastic for the money. They're slim enough to not get in the way, effective and muffle all sounds very quickly, however when receiving instruction from others they're very clear and crisp.I have actually found it easier to hear instruction from a distance with these on!I was constantly removing disposable ear plugs to hear people, then putting them back in, waiting for them to swell and properly work, it was just a faff. These ear defenders eliminated the faff and just work really well. They also run off of batteries rather than a charger, so you can keep a spare pair of batteries in the car and swap them as and when needed.Get these bought. I love them.

I bought these as a stopgap as I've sent my well known brand pair away for repair again. I wore them for clay shooting and they are brilliant. They stop the LOUD CRACK of the gunshot, but I can hear conversation and environmental sounds perfectly. I was listening to buzzards calling as they circled the range this afternoon, yesterday I could hear lambs in the next field. I don't know how well they'll keep the rain out of the battery compartment - I do shoot in some dreadful weather. No less comfortable than my other pair. The ear cups are easily knocked out of adjustment (on the slidy bits), have to adjust them every time I put them on. For the price, these ear defenders are amazing.

They look good and are well made but in my case they were to small and I had to return them. No adjustment.

These ear protectors are perfect for range duties and shooting. They are powered by two batteries and have a large on/off switch which works well with gloves. The microphones are clear and sensitive which means you never miss any conversations and are not cut off from the ambient noise, but will still protect you from the loud bangs of your gun. They also have an input jack so they can be connected to a two way radio or music player.Highly recomended.
