Q: When you will offer the 220v ??

I'm not sure. CE regulations are very strict. We need to redesign the base unit to meet their requirements. We'll address the design issues after the first of the year. Thanks for your interest in our product. Tim

Q: we bought this roaster 2 months ago and it sounds like the motor broke. How do we get this replaced under warranty?

Their warranty service is superb. My machine died after 6 months and was replaced in days with a new base. Incredible customer service. Awesome roaster. Awesome people
