Measures up to its hype.
It's been a week since I've been consuming it and I can tell this is far different and definitely effective than the cheaper previous brands I've tried. Packaging isn't consistent.. the bcomplex has a pop open cap but the magnesium has a twist open cap.. But definitely effective.. was recommended this brand by my mother and she made a fuss about it but it definitely measured up to its hype. Looking forward to the K2 d3 supp.
