Q: Are these bras padded?

No they are not padded they have like a liner in them but very comfortable

Q: I’m confused with the bra sizes. My bust size is 39” and band size is 32.5”. Which size will fit me the best?

Depends how you want to fit. If you want a tight fit go with what your regular bra size is like if you wear a 38c get 38. I get mine bigger because I actual wear over my regular bra like a cami to wear under tank tops.

Q: Am confused on size chart. I wear 36 c ...I ordered 38, but feel it's riding up in the front and am pulling it down all the time.

I also wear 36c. Based on the answer from the seller, I bought size 36. Will try 38 because 36 is a bit tight and felt like I was having to take shorter breaths. Cannot return because black one ripped. Plus to that is now I can wear that one and breathe unrestricted. ...Hopefully I don't need a 37. ('cos it doesn't come in that size.)
