A thing of beauty
This lens is definitely worth the price.PROS: - Standing at an aperture of 1.8, it delivers very sharp and clear pictures. The size of this lens turns your cropped frame into a full frame which gives you more creative freedom to work with the composition. -One of the features of this lens that I love even more is that it is a constant aperture lens, meaning that no matter how much you zoom the lens, the aperture will remain the same. This is something that is new to me and I'm so glad to finally have one of these. This lens also comes with a lens hood which is very nice.CONS: - It is quite heavy, sitting at 810 grams, meaning this will take you some time getting used to if you’ve never owned or used a heavy lens. May even get a work out. Because it's heavier, you will have to be careful (as you should with all lenses) when using the lens.This lens is definitely a great addition to my BMPCC 6K for its wide angle and shallow DOF especially when shooting in the 2.8K mode. Highly recommend!

Awesome lens!This lens is just phenomenon. This is only lens which I personally consider as a 3 in 1 Prime lens. It has constant F/1.8 Aperture which is very useful in low light filming. Fast lens cinematic quality
If you want to get the full sensor quality using your crop sensor, this lense Is the way to go.Pros1. Extremely sharp lens. Sharp all the way from its widest aperture. This lense fares better than it's way expensive cousins.2. Fast lens. Benefits of wide aperture.3. Wide aperture for low light shooting. Allows low ISO shooting4. No noticeable distortions5. No noticeable vignetting6. No noticeable chromatic aberrationsConsNone really exist. For completeness, including some below:1. No image stabilization (high shutter speed makes stabilization redundant to a certain degree)2. Heavy (is an excellent alternative to carrying 3 prime lenses. Hence weight ceases to be that big am issue)3. You may need to carry filters to capture motion blur in high light conditions4. Although sturdy and heavy, it is a delicate lens. Can't bump it.In today's scenario where the future looks mirrorless (but the mirrorless cameras are not quite there yet), this lens can add a new lease of life to your crop sensor.

One of the best lenses
This is the one of the best ever lens made by Sigma. It's quality and performance is really amazing! I've been using it with my Canon EOS 80D and the results are just breathtaking! It's low light performance in both videos and photos is really impressive. If you're having an APS-C crop sensor camera then this is a must buy product for you...

Best "budget" lens for APSC cameras.
The lens has stood the test of time, and is perfect for those who want to up their game.Usually priced at Rs 69,990, but during The Great Indian Festival, on the first day, it was available for Rs 62,990. I could have gotten it for 1000 Rupees less if I had an SBI debit card.So if the price is an issue, do wait for the next big sale season.Truly, the lens is worth more than what you pay for it.

Good lens but a bit heavy
The lens is a bit heavy. Its quite sharp though u do need to tweak it with the sigma pod. The bokeh is not that good. But that i guess is to expected with a max zoom of 35mm.

Sharp pictures across the entire frame.
Amazing f1.8 stop allows low light , hand held photos without blurr by keeping lower ISO and high shutter speeds. Simple awesome
