I was skeptical of buying the product. Took a chance and bought them.The headrest is very comfortable while driving. My neck is now rested properly during driving.However, i didn;t like the fabric used. If the outer cover is made of cotton, would have given 5 *I am using a hand kerchief on the headrest .

Material is superb but Position of elastic anb zip must like above photo, so that this will support neck perfectly. But supplied was in reverse position. I don't know the exact position but my Nissan Micra this must like in photo only. Good product to buy

Size is too big .. otherwise quality is good enough

I found the cushioning and overall product very well built. Unfortunately the fit for my car wasn't that good. I'm sure for other models it'll be fine. Otherwise the product is very well built and gives great support.

Was looking for something to help with stiff neck, I drive 75 km daily to office , just tried it for a 700+ km car ride and was happy with the shoulder and neck support with the newjade variant would recommend the same, the protrusion covers the gap between seat and neck and felt comfortable

Ordered two car pillow pack and had returned the same day. The memory foam though is good quality the stitching was of very poor quality
