Bed quality is good. However you need to put plywood over it which will cost additional 2K Rupees. The home installation service provided by Amazon is just pathetic. Don't expect Amazon to assemble the bed. I escalated the issue to Amazon CEO. The entire home services customer care team was engaged to resolve the issue. Then also after 2-3 reschedules they could not provide the service. No one showed up. Finally I arranged a local carpenter myself and got the job done. It costed me Rs 645 and received Rs 700 as refund from Amazon as Amazon Pay Balance.

The bed is very fragile, specially the small legs that are present to hold the bed in the middle.Basically the design has a fault, and not for hold the bed properly.My bed has gotten bent in the middle. and the thin legs that are present in the middle, four of them, 3 are already broken. have raised concern with amazon already.

Value for money , but the finishing could have been better. The package must quote the actual weight of the bed cause I've selected the same based on its strength and design. It appears lighter than quoted on your site. Found metallic chips and burrs inside the tubular structure. The plastic plug fittings very loose. I've fixed them with araldite. Manufacturing in process quality control needs to be better. The assembly service was very good. I'll post the the quality photos later

It has been only a month since we bought this - but I think it will be totally worth the buy! My wooden bed had been annihilated by white ants! So we quickly needed an iron one. I saw all the reviews on this one and decided to buy it. Yes, you need to put in a wooden plank below your bed on top of the metal railings in order to ensure your mattress has support. But that's absolutely fine. For the price I got this bed - it really looks very decent and so far has taken the weight too. The best part of the assembly! The person came as per time given - and did it in half an hour! wonderful service indeed. I will definitely recommend this for a hassle free assembly and a decent iron bed.

Damaged product. The hooks were bend.. channel width was different so the the legs of bed was not fitting.

For the price 5250/- it is absolutely great. Amazon assembly was prompt and hassel free. It looks elegant. I found the height to be low. That is the only negative about this product as I bought it for my elderly relatives. I had to invest another 1000/- in buying a ply. Overall a great piece for the guest room / kids room.

Its a good and strong product and can easily accommodate 2adults n a child. You'll however need to buy a plywood to keep under the mattress or else it might tear up after prolonged use..
