Flawed
I wish there was a negative star rating. I purchased 3 of these folders and they were ALL not finished. Instead of 60 clear plastic top loading folders there were 120 clear pages (not bonded to make the clear sleeves. They are useless! Apparently, there is no quality control. I wrote to the company but did not hear back from them.
