I have been suffering from migraines for many years now, after taking 5 htp with L dopa ( kapickachhu) my migraines have reduced tremendously and it helps sleep deep as well

I took this supplement for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, you can Google this for more info, it is a kind of anxiety disorder). No effect though. But, in fact I got more depression along with so much fear (this product had induced fear and depression even more)! I clearly knew it was only because of consuming this product I got increased fear and depression as when I stopped taking it, I got to normal and felt more happy comparatively with when I was taking this product. In fact, I was also feeling the same even before consuming this product. This was my experience, I don't know about you. But, in my opinion if you consume this product for at least a week or more and you feel only even more depression or anxiety, it is more better to stop it as it can lead to further mental problems or serious conditions. So be cautious!

In the beginning it didn’t work with me well, and side effect annoying me. But when I met my doctor again and explained to her, since she was aware of my case from the beginning and she was aware of my gastro problems, she advised me to take Probiotics then I try again the 5-HTP. I followed her instructions and side effects of 5-HTP became very light. Conclusion: every body is reacting differently with same medicine so you have to monitor your body and check if you have any other problems might cause side effects. However 5-HTP will not make your life better but it will help you to sleep deeply which will reset your brain and help your body to heal.
