Good quality, most useful while traveling and also when doing touch up to allready ironed clothes.only drawback I can think is small water tank which might lead to frequent refilling as it gets empty soon when quantity of clothes are more

@RapidSteam2000 i bought new brand one Rapid Steamer 4 months ago after uses of 1 months its not working anymore i have call more 1000 times over customer care number and sent many emails but not getting even single response, it is very shameful thing, big brand but no quality. don't buy this product

Even steams upside down!!!!!! Impressive
I wanted a portable hand held steamer and started my research. After reading a ton of reviews it appeared I was going to have to buy 2 hand held steamers. One to do curtains and garments upright - and another one to do flat items like bedspreads or a garment laid out on a table, etc. Until I finally ran across this one. When I received it I immediately tested it out on upright and flat laying garments and a bedspread that was on the spare bed. It worked great in all positions, even upside down !! No leaks, wet trails or water spitting. Now, I don't use a steamer that often and only used it once so far but it did all that the description claimed it would do.
