I use Tums for both GERD and as a calcium supplement. The sugar free is less chalky than the regular brand and tastes great-a bit creamier too. Better for my teeth to be sugar free.

Better than regular Tums
I prefer these to the regular tums the flavor is better. They are not chalky and they are smaller.
