LMNT is very salty, which my doctor has recommended to me. The flavor is very good. I use 1 packet for 32 ounces of water, otherwise it would be too strong for me. This is a good option for hydration!

Do Not Buy! You are supposed to get 6 packages of 10 sticks per package (total of 60 sticks per order). I ordered 3 orders. And All I got was 5 packages with 6 sticks per package which equals out to half of the amount in the product description for a single order. I am very disappointed that I paid for 180 sticks and only received 30. This is a ripoff!

Quick delivery. Good tasting. Easy to mix. But if you don’t like salty it won’t be for you. Great for hydration, it really helps with my leg cramps

Not as advertised. Description says 6 10 packs 60 packs total. I got a 6 pack package with 4 loose packs.

One package of 6 arrived and four loose ones. A total of 10 not the 60 promised. Tried to return the day after it arrived and it was marked not eligible to return. SCAM. only order if you like to be cheated.
