Is there some reason you cant show pics of all the pockets open?

All the pockets open and the flaps are held closed with Velcro

Will the fluke 117 and 323 combo fit in this?

Not sure the sizes of the fluke 117 or 323. I have a fluke clamp meter and a fluke toner, rj45 tester, and a few other things in mine. Works great!!

Will this pouch clip on the tape clip on the veto ot mc?

It will clip on to any D-ring or tape measure clip in the entire Veto lineup

Will a Fluke 115 meter fit this tool carrier ?

It should fit with some room to spare.
