3D Printed Support, and Imbalanced
The mic itself seems ok, not the best sound, picks up a ton of background, but can barely hear subjects voice unless facing it quite directly.The support that holds the unit on top of the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is straight up 3D printed, and not well. It basically just tightly rests on the top phone support, and if running or a sudden jar will fall with the weight of the wind muff.Speaking of the wind muff, even after wildy offsetting the mic base support back a bit, is still FAR to heavy for the Osmo Mobile 2 to correctly function. Constantly flops down and i have a feeling with increased use would burn the tilt motor up.This product is usable but who knows for how long, only time will tell.
