I always read through several customer Reviews when buying clothing online, to see how they say that the item fits them: loose, tight, true-to-size, etc. What I ultimately used, to decide, which size to buy, for these panties, specifically, was the provided "Size Chart" [Eiggam Size Chart] for this item, which uses the actual waist and hip measurements to determine the size to buy. I used my tape measure: I have a 27" waist and 36" hips. Despite, the guidance message, to me, saying that "Medium will fit you best", the Size Chart said this: S(mall) (Waist) 26 - 27 (Hips) 36 - 37.5. So, I ordered the small. They fit me perfectly, and are quite comfortable. I hope this information helps!
