Been using these for a while - I think this brand is excellent, easy to apply and remove, heat lasts all day and makes a difference to lower back pain.

Excellent heat patches for back pain
I’ve been using these heat patches for many years, as I have had problems on and off with lower back pain. They are excellent! They stay stuck to the skin all day, I have never had any problems with them falling off like some reviewers say. Just make sure the skin is clean and dry before you stick the patch on, and don’t try to remove it and restick it.The heat is gentle but surprisingly effective. You might think it’s not doing anything, but when you take it off in the evening you can feel how warm the skin is underneath.I have found them extremely helpful in reducing any bouts of back pain.

Improvement
I thought I’d try these as since my stroke I’ve had a bad shoulder and I refuse to take painkillers as they cause constipation.because of my meds I have to be careful what I use so noticed no meds in these. You put them on and the heat from your body seems to crystalise the contents an it gets very warm and seems to be helping …how I’m not sure but a definite improvement .
