This item is great, I love these timers and they all appear to measure time perfectly, the size is great as they don't take up a lot of space, they feel like they are built good and easy to use, for what I paid, it was a good deal.The only complaint I would have, is sometimes the 30 minute one gets clogged but a quick shake will fix that, aside from that, the time is good, they look nice and it's a good value for getting 6 of them.

I often tell grandkids that I'll be with them in "just a minute". Though 4- and 5-year olds have no concept of "just a minute" now they flip the timer and let me know when time is up! They are homeschooled and I teach them science. They insist the times set out all the time and they'll chose the one that best fits the situation without my prompting. They LOVE these!! The timers allow them to see what a 15-minute break or a 30minute playtime means. The product is very sturdy and "glass" is strong plastic. Kids can't break unless they really try!

Bought a second set after two years for my younger daughter. All but one of my older daughters still exist. They are vulnerable if landing on their side. Otherwise durable. Homeschooled both because of the pandemic. Got these for 2nd bday respectively. Great for math, time, stem lesson plans (timing different steps of the projects simultaneously). Beautiful in a *kids room*. Accurate. Great for when someone gets upset and has to sit out for a few minutes. Or timeouts. Great for teaching kids to set healthy boundaries themselves! My oldest is not even 5 yet and she’s in 1st grade. I like to think that her and I had more to do with that then these did but we used them for virtually every other lesson plan until she started school. She still uses them. A million applications for this and it keeps everyone away from phones and screens and beeping devices. They *also* don’t spy on you! Highly recommend

These hourglasses are the right price. They are not a premium product, but they fit my needs. I was looking for "close enough" timers, and these fit the bill. They use good materials: it seems like a glass body with rubber on the top and bottom for durability. I also timed them, and the largest error was the 30 minute timer at -5.8%. Below is my recorded data (yours will almost certainly differ... Not intended to be used to keep time. The estimates of how many minutes each one lasts are not even close. They are what they are intended to be though. A toy that sand goes through as expected. Just a lot faster than times shown on the items.
