Legends of Space : Countdown to Adventure - History of American Space Flight, 10 piece set

Just got this in for my just turned 3 year old who went bananas over thes things. I was worried that they would be made of very cheap amd flimsy plastic and break quickly but was actually surprised at the way they are put together. The rockets are made of a stiff solid rubber which is great because instead of the tips of the rockets breaking the bend and the go back. Im not worried about the rockets breaking and my son is EXTREMELY hard on his toys. The others are made of what seems to be pretty sturdy plastic. All in all I think it was well worth the money!

My kids are fascinated with rockets and anything else related to them. I gave them a choice to pick a gift and they chose this rocket set. They absolutely love the set and play with it everyday. They especially love the space shuttle with fuel tank and boosters.

A great ltttle set of many of the milestone rockets and spacecraft that have made history in aerospace developments. It is best used as a toy,, the pieces are solid plastic, sturdy but slightly rubberised. Great for children getting acquainted with this era of the space race. (All the pieces are American milestones). Also nice to display the pices in a sequence. Small enough to be displayed in a small area. Not model collector or model builder detailed, so do not buy if you are a model builder with expectation of very high detail.

I honestly think it was expensive because the toys are small but my son really really wants this for Christmas so i know he will be so happy 👌🏻

my great grandson is 10 years old and autisic ------ he loves anything that has to do with the space shuttle and nasa ------ i let him pick out whatever gift he wanted ----- he picked this one ---- he loves it sooooo much ----- spent all day yesterday -- when he received it ------ and was very happy -----jumping up and down ------ the price and the product itself --- was excellent ----- thank you AMAZON!!!!

Nice variety of historical spacecraft, reasonably detailed for their small size. I'm disappointed in the quality of the Saturn V, Gemini and Mercury crafts. They are made of a hard rubber material and the rockets are slightly bent, as are the escape towers. I tried straightening them since they're flexible, but they won't stay straight. Molded plastic would have been preferable in my opinion. Others are made of hard plastic and are much better looking. The space shuttle with orbiter is really nice.

These are kinda like hot wheel sized rockets and spacecraft. They are going to a birthday present for our son but we took them out to make sure they were sturdy. These are very nice and reasonably priced compared to other items we saw on the internet. Space is so cool for our little guy and this set has many pieces. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Do not buy this item. It is not worth the price I paid. One vehicle arrived with broken wheels, others were bent. They are very cheap plastic and break by barely handling them. Very disappointing!
