I’ve used a lot of at-home gel top and base coats and this set surprised me. The base goes on smooth and levels nicely, and the top coat gives a really glossy finish without that sticky layer, which I love. It cured evenly under my LED lamp and didn’t wrinkle or bubble. I’m about a week in and haven’t had any chipping yet, even with normal daily use. It still looks freshly done. Removal was also pretty standard, no harder than other gel systems I’ve used. The brush is a little wider than I’m used to, so you have to be careful near the cuticles at first. Once you get used to it, it’s easy to work with. Overall this is a really solid set for the price. I’ll keep using it.

I’ve been doing my nails for about a year now. I tried a couple different products this time and this was one of them. The topcoat is AMAZING!!! The two other bottles of topcoat I’ve used (different brand) have been fine but having to do an alcohol wipe off afterwards always left them really dull & not shiny afterwards. Once I washed my hands a couple times the fogginess would go away but it still wasn’t as glossy looking as I’d like. This no wipe topcoat is so nice to use. I saw some people were saying it didn’t cure all the way or that they still had to wipe it but I did not have that experience. I did 120 seconds under my light just like I do with any topcoat, it wasn’t sticky at all & cured just fine plus it is super glossy. I was so happy & honestly surprised. 10/10 would definitely recommend & will definitely buy again when it runs out.

It cures perfectly with no tacky layer, no bubbling, and no weird shrinking at the edges. What I love most is how long it lasts. My nails stay glossy and chip‑free for weeks, even with daily wear. It also self-levels beautifully, which makes my sets look cleaner and more professional with almost no effort. If you want a top coat that’s super shiny, durable, and beginner‑friendly, this one is absolutely worth it. I’m obsessed.

The base coat does not dry and remains tacky when you put on your color...which i was not prepared for, even under the lamp at a longer time interval. The top cost is amazing- not brittle, no cracks, or bubbles....a perfect glass layer. This this exactly what it want from this kind of product.

I gave these gel polish base and top coat duo 4 stars because the base coat never hardened. I did 2 cures at 90 seconds each and it was still sticky. However I did paint with my gel nail polish on top of it and it didn't have any negative effects. The top coat DID however cure one time at 60 seconds. Doing nails at home is all about being budget friendly and not having to spend the time and money in a salon. I would buy this duo again as it's priced right and overall worked for my nails.

I started doing my nails at home once I retired. I wanted to save money and plus I had the time so why not? These Beatles products are amazing. Instructions were very easy to follow. Product is wonderful. My nails lasted for two weeks.

The base coat isn't meant to dry after curing. It stays tacky for colour gel to adhere to and set alongside that curing.

Its is non sticky none wipe and consistency medium not thick not thin 😍

Estoy aprendiendo a hacerme las uñas en casa para tener mis manos lindas sin tener que gastar cada mes en un servicio de manicura, así que, desde mi opinión inexperta, puedo decir que me han gustado mucho esta base y top para mis uñas, son de fácil aplicación, curan rápido en la lámpara y no he tenido mayor complicación con este set. Lo estoy disfrutando mucho.

Does a great job! The bottom coat is pretty good and gives good longevity on nails. I also love the glossiness the top coat gives! They also cute very well under UV lamp.
