There were a couple of YouTube videos about the tent including set up back in July and August.

Q: Can one person set this up?

Easiest tent I've ever set up, one person can set this up within 3-5 minutes. Super easy

Q: Does it have a lifetime warranty like Coleman tents ?

FYI "Lifetime warranty" means warranty for what each manufacturer considers to be average tent life. I have not dealt with Coleman, but Eddie Bauer quoted me 5-8 years when I called about my 10 year old tent pole.

Q: Does it have the hinged door with Velcro?

This tent does not have a hinged door. It closes with zippers.
