**Q: What material are the fasteners made of? Do they contain lead?**
A: The bases are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.  Steels that contain 4% or more of chromium (metal) among the special types of alloy steels known as stainless steels can have trace concentrations of lead and may be contained in stainless steel as an impurity. The main reason for the existence of stainless steels is their resistance to corrosion. More than 180 different alloys join the stainless steel group with new ones and old ones modified. In some stainless steels the chromium content approaches 30%. By increasing the corrosion and oxidation resistance the steels increase the chromium content. By increasing chromium and other elements, such as molybdenum or titanium, the corrosion resistance of stainless steels can  vary for long ranges.

A: Any two hole punch will work as long as it has an adjustable measuring gauge

A: I use a pen...no clue!

**Q: What are the length of the fasteners in inches (parts that hold papers)?**
A: There is about 2 inches between the paper holes .
