Review: Great for maintaining edges - Hockey must have to keep your edges touched up between sharpens. Please be careful on how you use it. Don’t dull your blades! Review: Nice quality sharpening stone - Ice skate sharpening stone for $16.81 ... now listed at $13.34 I did receive the stone in howies packaging with the protective sleeve/sheath. The stone is a little larger then others I've had but it does the job great.

A mast have for every hockey player.
This is traditional honing stone to keep skate edges sharp without taking them to pro shop every other week. I can skate 5-6 hours between the sharpening when I use it.
