Not as strong as I expected.
Nice flavour, but I was expecting a little more …wooomph!….and it wasn’t there.I mix this spice concoction with a whole load of Italian dried herbs to season our chicken.It’s very good but not as good as the Thai mix of spices I was using before (no longer available…shame)

The best chicken seasoning-in the world!
I use this seasoning whenever I cook chicken. It is the nearest I can find to the cooked chicken I used to buy from my local 'scnell imbiss' takeaway in Germany.
