Great customer service warranty
Ordered this pump originally worked couple days then quit. Called Intex. Excellent customer service helped figure out problem and sent replacement pump quickly.

Poor quality
This model pump came with my pool (5/24). It only lasted one summer. Last year I replaced it with this pump (5/25). It was completely dead when it came time to open the pool. Because of the style (having the large intake hole in pool side), there aren't options to replace with different pump. So I am force to buy my 3rd pump in as many summers. If I could give it 0 stars I would, the quality is deplorable.
