The inner diameter size of this wax warmer is 3.54 inches. so your replacement tray bottom size should be less than 3.54 inches

Q: This isn't melting the wax melts nor pieces broken up. I tried the extra bulb but there's no difference. Any suggestions?

Doesn’t make sense the lit bulb warms the wax melts all the time without any problems

Q: What size light bulb is it G40 or G50?

Unfortunately the bulbs that come with this aren’t labeled with bulb size - just 120 V, 25 Watts. Hope this helps!
