This a great case to protect your investment. There is plenty room for the lens to fit and be secure. The outside of the case feels durable and weatherproof and there are plenty of places to hook the lens on to a carabiner or other latching mechanism. Lowepro makes high quality camera transportation gear and I highly recommend this case to travel with your 200-300mm lens.

I was looking for a case to use with my Lowe Pro 70 camera case. I just wanted something I could attach to the Lowe Pro that would allow me to carry a telephoto lens, a Tamron 70-300. The lens fit well in the well made (as all Lowe Pro cases are) case and was well protected but the case turned out to be too big in diameter, it overpowered the Lowe Pro camera case. Need to find something that will be smaller at the cost of less protection. AvidMax cheerfully refunded my money.

I just purchased the Tamron 70-200mm Di G2/Nikon, and protecting that is not something left to the cheapest case available. The Lowe is a bargain when considering what the lens is, and what you need to budget to get one. Perfect fit, good padding so that it should easily withstand a fall with no ill effects; the strap/D-Ring handy for travel. A good buy all the way around.

This Lowepro Lens Case, 11 x 26mm, is a near perfect/custom fit for a Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens - including the lens hood when the hood is not mounted, but reversed & stored/slipped over the end of the lens. There is about 3cm of extra space between the interior of the case and lens; Good for an extra filter or two, plus lens cloth or other small items you may wish to carry.Quality materials & everywhere: thick & dense protective padding, solid zipper; clean & nice construction. The neck strap is quite adequate & fairly soft/smooth on the edges, so it won't feel as if it's cutting into your neck. The carrying strap on top of the case lid is convenient for quickly grabbing your lens. Nice to have a flat side to the case, so it won't roll around if you lay it on its side. Glad I bought it when I did; The price jumped about 25% in the last 2 months. (hate when that happens)

These Lowepro Lens Cases are great quality and offer good protection against bumps. Also they have straps and fit onto Lowepro Camera bags using velcro flaps.I bought this case for the Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G-AFS ED-IF VR LENS but it's WAAY too big. I returned it for the Tamrac M.A.S. Extra Large Lens Case (Black), which fits like a glove.

I am using this for a sigma 100-400. The lends fits perfectly width wise and has about an inch of room length wise. Overall the case is well made and looks good.

Almost ALL my lens cases are now Lowpro cases. Purchased this case to house my NIKON f2.8 70-200mm "G" lens. It needed a new home since it was replaced by a Z100 - 400mm f4.5-5.6 "S" lens.

Lens and lens hood mounted in reverse storage position fit snugly in this case.The case is very well constructed.A shoulder pad on the shoulder carrying strap would have been nice and seems like anoversight on Lowepro's part.

Por las medidas que tiene, tenía mis dudas de que fuera válido para el 70/200 f2.8 RF de Canon. Pero sí, es perfecto, incluso lo puedo guardar con el parasol puesto. Entra justo, pero entro.

Materiali, imbottitura, concezione generale del contenitore ai massimi livelli; rende facile e sicuro il trasporto degli obiettivi piu' ingombranti; le misure sono ben calcolate per le tipologie piu' comuni.

J'en suis à mon quatrième étui pour objectif (Lowepro 11x18 cm pour un Minolta Beercan 70-210 F4, Lowepro 7x7x8cm pour un Minolta 50 F1.4, et un Lowepro 9x13cm pour un Sony 16-50 F2.8) ainsi qu'un sac à dos et 2 sacs holster pour mon reflex, et toujours très satisfait par la qualité de cette marque, alors certes c'est un peu cher, mais la qualité le vaut largement, plus qu'un étui no-name moins cher, moins rembourré ... Cet étui (le 11x26xm) accueil parfaitement (autant en hauteur qu'en Ø) mon Tamron 70-200 F2.8 (monture Sony A) avec son pare soleil (monté à l'envers évidemment) et sa bague, l'objectif ne ballote pas du tout, la bague et le pare soleil le maintiennent bien calé, la sangle d'épaule est sympa, ça peut servir, le filet sous le couvercle pour y stocker le capuchon de l'objectif est un vrai plus, il y a aussi 2 sangles de serrages autour de l'étui dont je n'ai pas très bien saisi l'intérêt.

M.ZD 300mm F4向けに購入しました実機を入れてイロイロ調べた結果、コレが一番信頼性高くしっかりしてたので購入いれた結果は期待通りでしたまたテレコン付けたまま入れるとチャックが締まりにくくなるので、別々の方が良いとおもいます
