These Boron capsules are legit. I am taking 4x to reach 12mg a day. I am taking boron for the focus in reducing SHBG and bone health; I have experienced and seen the results I was hoping for! capsules are good quality and easy to swallow.

This product has made a huge difference for me! When combined with Vitamin D3, it significantly lowered my SHBG levels, which had been on the high side. I’ve been taking it with 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3, and within just 2-weeks, my libido has completely returned—I honestly feel like a teenager again! I wouldn’t recommend taking it on its own. I take this for candida overgrowth. It seems to help somewhat although low dose. I will keep buying this as I need vagan sources because of my alpha gal.
