390GED21V Genie Garage Door Opener 12 Switch Only Compat GPT-1 MAT90

We bought this garage door remote to replace one that had broken. Since the garage door hardware is more than a decade old, finding an "old style" 12-pin garage door remote took some time. Amazon had the product we needed and at a very reasonable price. The remote works exactly as it should. The supplier even included a battery.

Very simple to set up, worked on my older Genie 12 pin switch opener. Set up took 5min. Good product!

Item was clearly listed as a 12 dip remote. The remote that arrived was a 9 dip. Waste of my time and money.

Now if I could get my audi a3 to learn the darned code I'd be gold. The car's complexity often makes what should be brute simple into a project requiring me to find special kung-fu methods. Sigh.This little transmitter works perfectly, and it was inexpensive and on-time.

This is one of the best remotes I’ve found for my door opener. It’ll reach my opener from farther down the street than the original remote.
