Never had any issues with adhesion and the finished project looks great. Some projects are 3 years old and stored outside in the North East with no rust.

**Q: should i use a brush? or HVLP gun ? if you say gun, what size tip?**
A: Hvlp. 1.2 1.3 would work.

**Q: I bought some acid #8 and am going to spray it on. Do i need to do to add the usual reducer and hardener?**
A: It is best reduced using isopro alcohol to sprayable consistancy. No hardener required.

**Q: I have 156 square feet of steel to cover.   How much of this primer do I need as a base coat to cover that area before I apply the Raptor?**
A: It took 1.5 cans to do the floor and internal side walls of my jeep yj

**Q: Is this primer a 2 part primer or is it ready to spray right from the can?**
A: It is a single part primer that can be thinned as needed for spraying as follows:
The product can be thinned up to 5% with alcohol, e.g. IMS/Butanol.

Seems to be a Great product as with any coating time will tell. I shot this out of a 1.5 and it laid down great. Degreased then primed these awnings and finished with raptor spray in bedliner. Will use again.
