******Updated*******Snapper has done a seemingly excellent job on this pole saw. Have not actually used the pole saw yet - so I don’t know how it cuts. I just pulled it out of the box. But build quality looks fantastic. Lots of features. Greaseable gearbox. Seriously, it has a grease zerk; I was shocked. Metal head. Metal retriever hook. Gear driven bar-lube pulp. It doesn’t get much better on a non-commercial pole saw. Can’t wait to see it cut...I finally used it volunteering at a neighbor’s who needs lots of clean up in their yard. This Snapper Pole Saw attachment ate up the oak limbs. Cut them like butter. It has an Oregon chain on it - and it cuts. Oiler woks great. Sturdy all metal construction. Greaseable gear box. Works on my Toro Power Head. Cut like a charm. If you need a reasonable pole saw attachment, this Snapper Pole Saw is it. I may order another just to have it.

It was suppose to come with 2 pieces but only received the part with the saw on it I did not receive the extension pole

I bought this because I have some Chinese elms leaning over to my side of the property line from my neighbors land. Since I have and love my 82v MAX mower and string trimmer, I thought this the perfect accessory for trimming back the elms - not so.Works great for branches the size of my thumb or smaller but struggled with anything bigger binding easily on those cuts. Also the weight of the trimmer motor, battery, and saw attachment is obnoxious and poorly balanced making it awkward to reach much anything over 7' from the ground.

Works great, tested by sawing through 4x4 with no issues. Keep the chain sharp and let the tool do the work.

I want to love this item but..... I didn’t realize until I started using it but the frame for the chain was cracked making the whole chain loose which not only makes it stall during use but it’s also dangerous because the chain could jump off the track. Would be great if I could use it.

Product arrived late. The box was opened and it was missing parts and the instructions.

These look like the best pole saw attachment on the market, and the square driveshaft is compatible with quite a few other pole power-heads. Mine is hooked up to a fickle starting Stihl Kombi system power-head, and it works great. I will use my traditionally shaped chainsaw 92% less, because a spinning chain 6+ feet away is 762% safer than one 6 inches from my hands.
