This is the biggest game changer for my hair IN LIFE!! My hair has always been healthy, and I use good products, but even with a Dyson Air Wrap to dry it, the Air Straight to straighten it (which I returned) and the 300.00 GHD Duet dryer/straightener (ok but not worth the cash), my hair still looked a little dull and average. I saw an ad for something similar to this one for 150.00 and decided to check here first. I thought I'd give this one here a try to see if it did what it was supposed to before I spent more hundreds on yet another tool. Well, I'm done looking. This is amazing. Heats up super fast, the water tank can go about 5 uses before I refill it, straightens in one pass, doesn't grab my hair on the sides like some do. I read other reviews about the comb, and since I didn't want to use a comb anyway (what's the point?) I just removed it before the first use. I travel with this, use it daily, and would save it in a fire along with my dogs. LOVE ❤️ 😍 !!

I have very long, wavy to curly hair with medium thickness.I am upgrading from the Paul Mitchell Ion straighteners ($100+).The quality is great and it has more features than I was anticipating. Not only is it a beautifully designed product, it also delivers results as promised. For me it only took one pass to straighten a rather large section. I have not used other steam straighteners before but I feel this one is superior to them all. This straightener has something most of them don't and that is the 40mL water tank. I never had to stop and refill the tank. I know it doesn't skimp on the steam either because I almost used the entire amount and it was obvious with the results. My hair has not been this silky or shiny since I attended cosmetology classes where we had access to the salon stuff. This is much healthier than traditional flat irons in my opinion. My hair looks healthier after using it and the style has held after sleeping on it. It is durable too because it fell on the floor and was fine lol. It is returnable and backed by a 2 year warranty so I am not worried. The only bad thing about this product is the instruction manual which has since been updated. Even though the instructions were hard to understand I didn't get electrocuted and the hair straightener is still in good shape so I would say the product usage is pretty straightforward. It was a lot easier to use than I expected and is surprisingly easy to maintain as well. I'm not used to large/bulky tools, but I adjusted to this very quickly.I did some research about the origin of this product because I see it available from multiple sellers. Mkboo was the only seller I trusted because they offer a warranty and were the most professional out of everyone else I asked. The customer service is phenomenal and I would not buy this item elsewhere. After purchasing this product I've found that I love their brand and I can't wait for their other products to become available here on Amazon.

I bought this mainly for the built-in comb feature. I was wary about the steam because I live in a dry state and humidity makes my hair frizz badly. But took a gamble and bought it based on the great reviews. This is the best flatiron I've ever had! I've straightened my hair for years and after using this iron I've had at least 3 people say, "Oh, you straightened your hair today". That's how smooth and straight this did my hair where the other irons never got it that smooth. I had to use a lot of product for the same result. HOWEVER...the comb did fall out while I was pulling it through my hair and in reflex, I caught it with my arm against my stomach and it immediately burned my arm (after half a second contact, because it was so hot, I immediately let it drop). I still use this cause I love it. JUST DON'T TOUCH IT OR LET THE STEAM CONTACT YOUR SKIN. I had it on the 410 degree setting, now I use the lower and get same results. :)

Miracle for my hair ! I have long, super thick, dry, frizzy hair. I have put so many products in my hair, blow dry and flat iron and still frizz ! At 67 years young I gave this a try, steam makes all the difference. Washed my hair, let it dry, used this and beautiful, straight and shiny hair. No frizz at all ! I am shocked how nice my hair looks and feels ! So easy to use and water compartment is big enough. You only have to do one swipe over your hair,

I am a Baby Boomer who likes long hair. Problem is, now that I'm post-menopausal, my hair is a lot dryer, and a bit thinner.When I wash my hair, even after using great shampoo and conditioner, my hair looks drab, bushy, and dry.SO...... I went looking for something that would rescue my hair. And found this amazing tool.It's a flat iron, that uses steam, and has a little comb. As you pull it through your hair, the steam makes it look so nice, and the comb helps keep your hair strands separated and smooth.I was afraid it would burn and fry my already dry hair, but it didn't. I use it at the lowest setting (300°F), and it's perfect.When I was done with my hair the first time, it was like the hands of time were turned back to my younger age when I had healthy shiny hair.!!!!I can't say enough good things about this flat iron. I am VERY THANKFUL I found it.I was afraid I would have to cut a lot of my hair off. Now I can keep it longer, which I prefer.Please give this serious consideration. 😃👍

This product has strands of hair sticking out of it. The black plastic on the back side is scuffed from usage, and the tank has water in it. I purchased a NEW hair straightener, but obviously received a USED product that was returned by another customer. Disappointed. Will be returning for a full refund.

The heat levels are nice, but the plates are too large for my needs. They can not get close to my roots, which is why I originally bought it. I do like the steam function; I have thin hair, so it helps prevent my hair from becoming stiff and dry when I use it. The fact that I have to hold it a certain way to get the steam to work is also a negative for me. I missed the return date by 3 days, so I am stuck with it. What a shame.
