If you over mix it gets gelatinous so drink it quick without over mixing . It tastes really good . Just try and drink as fast as you can for best way to tolerate the texture . This product really helped my issues and I will continue to use this .

So I am one to poop every 3 days (yeah I know that’s terrible) until I started drinking this! I take is 2-3 times a day .. morning, afternoon, and evening and I literally poop every single day now! Not only do I poop but I POOOOOOOP. The amount of poop that leaves my body is amazing — I never pooped like this prior to incorporating Metamucil.I LOVE the sugar free Orange flavor it’s delicious!I will say the first week and a half I was bloated and gassy but don’t let that stop you. Keep taking the product and eventually that will go away and you’ll be in love with Metamucil 🍊🧡

Don't love the taste. You also have to basically chug it after you mix it otherwise it thickens and is gross. That being said, it works!
