Q: Which wand would fit into 3/8" hole on universal replacement kit handle?

I bought a replacement handle for my 3 gallon sprayer it fit perfectly. Don't know about a three- eights hole though.

Q: I am missing the filter that fits into the handle.Small cone shaped plastic screen.Does this unit have one included???

No, mine did not, but it has not been an issue. Handle does have a slight leak at top seal, but otherwise works OK.
